Sir Oldenburg (by Sion x Contender), top breeding stallion at Team Nijhof, has passed away. Team Nijhof reported the death itself via their social media.
The black pearl almost reached the age of 25. His passing is due to this fine age. The stallion ranks among the top 5% of sires in Germany, with eight approved sons so far. The stallion himself impressed at an early age and was, among other things, vice champion as a four-year-old and furthermore also part of the finalists in the young horses-classes each time.
