A page has turned for Jérome Guery and his trusted Olympic horse, Grand Cru van de Rozenberg (f. Malito de Reves). On his social Media, Guery has announced their partnership has come to an end. The Belgian Warmblood bred gelding will continue his career under the saddle of Spain's Pilar Lucrecia Cordon. The last international competition of the pair was at the worldcup competition in Zurich. Guery and Grand Cru jumped in the spotlights every day of the competition. "It's with sadness we say goodbye my friend," states Guery. "Thanks for all the good memories for me and our team. We will remember our Grand Prix victories in Miami and La Baule, our eleventh place at the European Championships, our Olympic debut in Rio de Janeiro, etc."
