Michel_Robert_CSI_Kellemoi After a 44-year long term international showjumping career the French Michel Robert has decided to quit his active profession and start teaching upcoming talents. "I'll still be riding horses," explains Robert. "It is important to keep busy and to experience the evolution of our sport." What will happen with his tophorses such as Oh d'Eole, Nénuphar Jac, Catapulte and Quirha de P'Aime, is not decided yet. "They are still stabled in my venue. For the moment their future is not decided yet." Michel Robert was born in 1948. The French rider won his first golden medal in 1982 at the World Equestrian Games in Dublin. More recent Robert won the Top Ten at the CSI in Brussels in 2008. One year later he claimed victory at the Global Champions Tour Finals in Doha, Qatar.
