Katharina-Offel-CatleenKatharina Offel has moved from Jochen Scherer's stable in Lohmar to Liane Müller's yard in Wipperfürth, Germany. Leaving after 15 years Offel wants to focus on setting up her own business. The new location is already 'decorated' with some of her tophorses such as Fidji Island, B Once Z, MCB Sommerwind, Newton de Vains and her former ride Cathleen, owned by Frank Müller. “I am very excited about the opportunity Liane, Jürgen and Frank Müller has provided me with, and I really look forward to my co-operation with them. I am also very grateful to those of my horse owners that have chosen to follow me; their support is extremely important to me when I make my new start,” Offel says to our collegues of World Of Showjumping “My wish is to continue to compete at top level just as I have done for the past years, and I also look forward to developing younger horses – as it is one of my biggest passions. I intend to contribute to the Ukrainian team in 2014 as well, and hope for more success together with my team mates that also have been very supportive in this process. Of course I also hope to strengthen my string of horses as I go along, and to be able to welcome some new arrivals now that I start up on my own,” Offel states. source: Equnews.com/ WorldOfShowjumping.com photo: Equpics.be
