Le Cavalier Romand reports that Paille, Memphis and Happiness in the future will be seen under the saddle of Olympic Champion, Steve Guerdat. It has been Guerdat's compatriot Alexandra Fricker who has been riding the horses during a six year collaboration with Hofgut Albführen, but Fricker has recently settled in Germany with her boyfriend Oliver Lemmer. Albführen's Paille, an 11-year-old Kannan-mare, won last year's CSI2* Grand Prix in Ebreichsdorf. Further the mare ended third at the CSI3* GP in Hannover and fourth in the CSI5* GP of Rome. Albführen's Memphis (Quinar x Carthago) has also competed successfully at international Grand Prix level with Fricker, while the eight year old Albführen's Happiness (Heartbeat x Lambrusco Ask) has jumped very convincing at international youngster level.
