No less then five board members of the Westphalian Studbook resigned last night, including Chairman Karl-Hubertus Freiherr von Beverförde. The reason of this dramatic event was a voting on the function of Vice-President Günther Voss who had to resign, however before the voting the other resigning board members already announced that they would resign as well if this was the case.
Besides vice chairman Dr Lutz Ahlswede the Westphalian management now only exists of Ralf Johanson and Egbart Bispinghof. The backgrounf of all the problems in Westphalia is a division in the board and the breeders on the financial downturns and sales of the studbook.
