Johan & Patrick Lenssens sold a part of their 9-year old Grand Prix mare California (f. L'Esprit) to Edwina Tops-Alexander. With Abdel Saïd in the saddle, the mare had a few placings the last months. He rode her up to 5-star level. Edwina will ride the mare now. "We knew that the Tops stable was interested in our mare because she got some really got results the last months. For instance she was second in the CSI4* Grand Prix of La Coruna and the 5-star Grand Prix of Gijon. Edwina test the mare and the immediately 'clicked'. We also expect this combination to get some really good results in the future," Johan Lenssens says.
