  • by Equnews Editorial
  • 01-11-2020

The highlight of a busy international weekend has just been jumped in Sentower Park: the CSI3 * Grand Prix. 59 participants competed in this class with a jump-off. 16 combinations were able to keep the zero in the basic course. A well-filled jump-off had to be the deciding factor.

The victory went to Marcus Ehning. He demonstrated in the jump-off and rode Calanda 42 (by Calido I) clear to the finish in 36.16 seconds. With this he pulverized the time of Kevin Staut who was in the lead until then. He rode a very fast lap in the saddle of For Joy van't Zorgvliet Hdc (by For Pleasure) and finished in 38.94 seconds. The top three was completed by Jeroen Dubbeldam. He rode Oak Grove's Carlyle (by Casall) clear in 41.13 seconds.

Oliver Lemmer (Obora's Chloe) and Guillaume Foutrier (Ensingà followed in fourth and fifth place.
