Guery scores second CSI4* victory of the weekend in Huside

  • by Equnews Editorial
  • 09-10-2020

A 1m50 LR with jump-off has just been ridden in Hubside. Of the 47 starting combinations, twelve were able to jump a clear basic round. So a jump-off with five had to decide the winner.

That winner was Jérôme Guery. Guery already rode to victory in Hubside yesterday. This time he counted on Quel Homme de Hus (by Quidam de Revel) to jump a clear round in 38.85 seconds. With this he stayed ahead of the Dutchman Jur Vrieling who finished in second place with El Rocco (by VDL Zirocco Blue). They were able to keep zero and finished in 40.06 seconds. Peder Fredricson and H&M Cursader Ice (by Cabachon) finished third after a clear round in 50.51 seconds.

Max Kühner (Eic Caleo) and Kevin Staut (Visconti du Telman) came fourth and fifth respectively.
