Laura Renwick leaves all competition behind in CSI3* Vilamoura

In Vilamoura, the first CSI3* competition of the day has been jumped. It was a 1m35 class that was ridden directly against the clock and the British rider Laura Renwick ruled the show. She jumped a clear round in the saddle of Maverick (f. Diamant de Semilly) and finished in 51,72 seconds. 

With this she stayed ahead of the Irish rider Michael Pender. He counted on Hhs Fortune (f. Catoki) to clear the course in 53,36 seconds. Angela Thompson and Bayard (f. Numero Uno) completed the podium after a clear round in 54,21 seconds.

Jerome Schmidt (Etoille) and Georgia Tame (Quintella) followed on fourth and fifth place.
