In Vilamoura, the main event of the day was ridden this afternoon. It was a 1m45 class in which they jumped directly against the clock and the British Laura Renwick provided a solid dose of girlpower. She left her male colleagues behind by jumping a clear round on Arkuga (by Arko III).
Second place went to Michael Pender. He was able to maintain the zero in the saddle of Hhs Javas Gucci (by Luidam) and clocked off in 60.08 seconds. Piergiorgio Bucci was good for third place with Naiade d'Elsendam Z (by Nabab de Reve). He could also jump a clear round and stopped the chrono after 61.58 seconds.
Niels Kersten (Fiwalda) and Kevin Staut (Tolede de Mescam Harcour) took home fourth and fifth place respectively.
