Louise Saywell wins Grand Prix Qualifier Oliva

  • by Equnews Editorial
  • 01-10-2020

In Oliva, the main class of the day has just been ridden: the Grand Prix Qualifier. Louise Saywell was the last rider to enter the show ring and she knew what she had to do: go fast as lightening to beat the time of Richard Vogel who was in the lead at that moment.

And Saywell managed to do so: she rode Bacardi clear to the finish in 59,76 seconds. Richard Vogel and Morton van't Merelsnest (f. Nabab de Reve) followed on second place after a clear round in 59,83 seconds. David Will completed the podium with Primus vom Neumuehler Hof (f. Perigueux) after a clear round in 60,89 seconds.

Constant van Paesschen (Isidoor vd Helle) and Darragh Kenny (Great-Tikila J) followed on fourth and fifth place.
