Lucas Porter wins CSI3* speeds class in Sentower Park

The first CSI3 * class of the day has just been jumped in Sentower Park. It was a 1m40 in which rider competed directly against the clock. No fewer than 84 participants entered the show ground for this class and in the end it was an American who took the victory.

Lucas Porter counted on the Zangersheide mare B Once Z (by Baloubet du Rouet) to jump a clear round in 53.67 seconds. With this he stayed ahead of Jenny Krogsaeter, who finished in second place. The Norwegian saddled Juvante van de Kakebeek (by Chatman) to jump a clear round in 54.53 seconds. Marlon Modolo Zanotelli finished in third place. With Charlie Harper (by Comme il Faut) he kept the zero and stopped the chrono after 54.56 seconds.

Jeroen Dubbeldam was the best Dutchman. He jumped a clear round with Bonnie M Z (by Bentley van de Heffinck) under the saddle and finished in 54.59 seconds. The best Belgian performance came from Thibeau Spits. The rider rode Juragold Bormes (by Contact vd Heffinck) to the finish in 54.64 seconds, leaving the wood untouched. This earned him fifth place.
