PETA wants data base for horse abusers

PETA, the animal rights organization, want to create a database where cruelty against horses and other animals can be documented. They also want the names of known animal abusers to be collected in this database.

The idea comes after the death of a mare in the German city Döbritschen. The mare was killed by knife stabbings. The animal was attack on the field on Mondaynight and didn't survive the attack. PETA is giving out a reward of 1000 euros for the 'golden tip'.

"The person responsible needs to be found, before more animals die", Judith Pein of the PETA states.
