Scott Brash and Hello Mr President on top of the 5* 1.55m GP qualifier of Doha

In Doha, Qatar, today is a big day. Before the start of the LGCT Grand Prix, the first of the season, the Global Champions League second individual competition came to a thrilling close with a win for Scott Brash. 


Scott Brash won with Hello Mr President (by Comme d'Api vd Hacienda) in a lightning fast time of 65.03 seconds, leaving the competition far behind. Kevin Staut was kept from victory by Brash and finished second with Visconti du Telman (by Toulon) with a time of 65.83 seconds. Martin Fuchs with Leone Jei (by Baltic VDL) took the bronze. He crossed the finish line in 66.61 seconds with the 10-year-old KWPN horse. 

Olivier Philippaerts (H&M Miro) secured fourth place and kept the Belgian honour high. Peder Fredricson (Hansson Wl) finished just after Olivier in fifth place.
