Also in Valkenswaard an international weekend just ended with the Grand Prix. Eight CSI4* riders were able to keep the zero in the basic course and returned for the jump-off. In that jump-off it was Abdel Said who drew the longest straw. He rode Arpege du Ru (by Apache d'Adriers) clear in 34.59 seconds.
Laura Kraut and Confu (by Contact Me, f. Gerken) took home second place after a clear round in 35.78 seconds. Jack Ansems and Fliere Fluiter (by VDL Zirocco Blue, f. Van de Gevel) completed the top three after a clear round in 36.77 seconds.
Darragh Kenny (Great-Tikila J) and Michael Pender (Hhs Calais) completed the top five.
