Will the Dutch get their golden hattrick in Rio de Janeiro?

Undoubtedly the Dutch showjumping team under visionary Rob Ehrens has been the most successful team we have seen in showjumping for years. With them starting there fantastic tour and winning team and individual Gold at the World Equestrian games in France the team went on to win the Nations Cup in Barcelona and double gold in the Europeans in Aachen. We all can say the pressure is on for the Dutch who made Orange the new gold. But it looks like Ehrens has again selected a stellar team for this years Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.

With anchorman Jeroen Dubbeldam and SFN  Zenith N.O.P.  are looking ahead to Rio to try and dominate yet another championship.  He is being joined by golden teammates from Cean and Aachen Jur Vrieling and Maikel van der Vleuten.  Vrieling will take his European golden medal ride Zirocco Blue VDL with him to Rio.  The same counts for Van der Vleuten who will fly his unbelievable successful VDL Groep Verdi TN N.O.P. over to Brazil.

The last member of his years team Orange is  Harrie Smolders and the amazing jumping Emerald. The pair who got second in this years indoor World Cup Final in Götenburg has proven to be a rock solid combination for Nation Cups and high profile competitions.
