After the conformation inspection on Thursday, the first round of free jumping on Friday and the second round on Saturday morning, the Zangersheide autumn inspection 2022 is over. The Z stallion selection committee has admitted 13 young stallions to stud.
The Z stallion selection at the FEI WBFSH World Breeding Championships for Young Horses at Domein Zangersheide this year - due to the busy championships program - was only open to 2.5-year-old and three-year-old stallions.
45 stallions were presented on Thursday at the conformation assessment on the hard, 44 stallions at the first round free jumping and 20 of them were allowed to return again on the final day.
The stallion selection committee, consisting of Heinz Meyer (Germany), Luc Tilleman (Belgium) and Eric Levaillois (France), provided the following stallions with the coveted Z-breeding certificate:
