The highest selling price was secured by a long-time friend and client of Holger Hetzel. With an amount of 1,000,000 euros, the entrepreneur from the Rhineland acquired the seven-year-old Cornet Obolensky son, Crazy in Love (dam's sire: Diamant de Semilly), after an intense bidding duel. Space Taxi, a seven-year-old gelding and son of Captain Fire from a Chacco-Blue dam, followed as the second most expensive horse with a price of 700,000 euros. The horse found a new home in the stable of an international show jumper from Switzerland.

A rider from Monaco, a member of the Iron Dames team of the Global Champions Tour, invested 600,000 euros in Grand Amour, a seven-year-old Selle Francais stallion and also a descendant of Cornet Obolensky, making it the third-highest sale of the auction. The Iron Dames team also acquired a six-year-old KWPN gelding, Perfetto (by Diamant de Semilly), for 580,000 euros, placing the horse as the fourth most expensive sold.

International success

The average price of the 20 sold show jumping horses exceeded 301,000 euros. In addition to familiar customers from Switzerland and Monaco, buyers from the United States, Mexico, Canada, and France were also successful.
