This morning the veterinarian check was organized at Ludger Beerbaum's Riesenbeck. Tomorrow the official kick-off of the European Showjumping championships is taking place.
With today the vetcheck only one horse showed a problem, Maurice Tebbel's Don Diarado. In an official statement the FN states the horse is being examined at the moment and together with the team 'vet' and the team of Tebbel, the German squad will decide if Don Diarado is fit to compete.
If yes, he will appear again on Wednesday morning for a re-check.
"Suddenly Don Diarado was lame in tomorrow's vet check. We think a hoof abscess might be the cause," the FN states.
