O'Connor withdraws Kilkenny from Olympics

Irish rider Cian O'Connor was the first to jump a clear round in the individual final today. However, he and Kilkenny (by Cardento) got one point for time behind his name and that was not the only problem. The gelding got a nosebleed during jumping and although he was checked by the vet and found 'fit to compete' again, O'Connor decided to withdraw him from the Nations Cup. He announced this on his social media.
