Hopeful news from the Netherlands: Riding schools can open again for younger riders

The Dutch government has announced new measures yesterday evening but at first it wasn't clear what this would mean for our sport. Right now it became clear that riders under the age of 18 years can train again, when the training is organized and under supervision.

This means that riding schools and other and other accommodations can open their doors again starting from the 29th op April. They can organize some activities to children younger than 12 years old. The condition is that activities will take place in open air. Youth with the age of 13 to 178 years old can start training in open air as well, when a distance of 1,5m can be guaranteed.

Riding schools are not open for adults yet.
