Gerfried Puck makes it a German victory in CSI4* Grand Prix of Doha

Gerfried Puck made the grounds of Doha his as the Austrian rider reigned in the last two classes of Saturday's program at the first week of the Doha Tour.

The Austrian rider was the fastest in a jump-off of six aboard Equitron Naxcel V. The 11-year-old BWP stallion is a son of Balou du Rouet from the breeding of Leo Vermeiren. Puck kept two Australian combinations behind him. A faultless ride for Jamie Kermond and Yandoo Oaks Constellation (Conquistador) earned them the second position. These two combinations were closely matched, as Edwina Tops-Alexander followed with a reasonable gap to claim the bronze with Corelli de Mies (Calvaro FC).

The last faultless combination was the French rider Ines Joly. She secured the fourth place with Pegasus Jataki, a 10-year-old KWPN gelding by Jamal vd Heffinck. The top five was concluded by Rikke Belinda Barker (DEN) aboard Tabalou PS (Taloubet Z).
