Vannan (by Diamant de Semilly), the ten-year-old stallion that Jeanne Sadran rode for four years, is getting a new rider in the saddle. The French rider is passing the reins to her four years younger sister, Louise. The rider herself announced this via her social media.
Since Jeanne took over the reins of the then ten-year-old stallion in early August 2019, they have achieved numerous top results together. Their most recent victory dates back to spring 2021, when the duo placed first during the Nations Cup Youth in Opglabbeek.
The 22-year-old rider spent four years in the saddle of her beloved 'Vannou', who took her to her first CSI5* and guided her through many faultless rounds.
The message reads: "Thank you King Vannan. It’s time for Louise to take the reins on our wonderful stallion Vannan! He’s in top shape & I’m sure they will have a lot of fun together! I’ve been lucky enough to ride him a few years!"
