FEI approves new rules regarding the Olympics

The FEI has approved several new rules regarding the Olympics during her general assemblee last week. Earlier it was already announced that the deadline for riders to qualify had been moved to June 21st 2021 but some new deadlines have been announced now as well. 


Owners get until January 15th to register the ownership of their Olympics horse. The owner of the horse and the rider riding it, must have the same nationality to start during the Olympics. 

National federations have until the 5th of July to announce their longlist with selected riders.
