The Dutch federation has put an end to the cooperation with Chef d'Equipe, Rob Ehrens. Ehrens was the national teamchef for 16 years. He is one of the most successful Chef d'Equipes the KNHS has ever employed.
In his service the orange jackets won the Individual Gold medal at the FEI World Equestrian Games in Caen in 2014. In 2012 the Dutch jumped to the Silver team medal at the Olympic Games in London.
Ehrens himself is disappointed with this decision. "I preferred to have been informed a bit earlier. I did the job with my full passion. That is why I had no problem going on for another term. It is the federation's decision and I accept it." he concludes.
