Aged 17-years-old, KWPN-gelding, VDL Wizard (Gentleman x Ahorn) will retire after a successful jumping career. Callan Solem announced the retirement.
The pair competed at the 2016 Longines World Cup Finals in Gothenburg and placed seventh. A year before they jumped to a second place in the CSI4* World Cup of Washington and placed third in the 1,000,000 USD Grand Prix of Ocala.
