Martin Fuchs buys new jumping talent for 750.000 euros during Dutch Sport Horses Sales

On Tuesday evening Martin Fuchs bought a new seven-year-old talent at the Dutch Sport Horses Sales. Fuchs bought the auction topper Viper Z for 750.000 euro. The son of Vigo d'Arsouilles already has a successful 1.40m international experience.

The second most money was for the six-year-old mare Kavaliers Blue (Zirocco Blue VDL). The grey mare from the breeding of P.M.M. Van Lier is currently jumping at 1.30m international level. The new owner paid 365.000 euro for the KWPN-mare.

The auction ended in style with a bidding duel for the 6-year-old daughter of Padock du Plessis, Freya d'Ambel. A Swiss buyer made his move with a final bid of 315.000 euro.

The 7-year-old Numero Uno son, Jackson Paulowna was sold in 2014 via the foal auction prinsjesdag. Today the owner said goodbye to the bay gelding for 285,000 euros.

The 20 show jumpers brought in a total of just under 4,000,000 euros or an average of 196,000 euros per show jumper.
