Equita Lyon: No holding back Henrik von Eckermann and Dzara Dorchival in CSI5*-W 1.50m Prix Boehringer Ingelheim

After the driving cones were removed, the arena in Lyon was once again filled with obstacles for the CSI5*-W 1.50m class. Just under fifty combinations took part in this speed competition against the clock. Henrik von Eckermann and Dzara Dorchival took top spot.

Maikel van der Vleuten (NED) flawlessly completed the 1.50m high course riding Dywis HH. The daughter of Toulon cleared all the obstacles and secured Van der Vleuten the third place. With only four hundredths of a second difference, Kendra Claricia Brinkop stood in second place. The German rider once again had the BWP mare Ma Belle (Ugano Sitte) under her saddle, with which she also claimed the bronze yesterday. Henrik von Eckermann (SWE) once again demonstrated why he is (temporarily) the world's number one, taking the lead by almost a second with the ten-year-old Dzara Dorchival (Qlassic Bois Margot).

On four was local hero Kevin Staut with Visconti du Telman (Toulon) followed by Denis Lynch (IRL) aboard Dark Chocolate 48 (Casall).
