Jodie Hall McAteer and Kimosa van het Kritrahof rocket to victory in Mistletoe Speed Stakes of London

The Mistletoe Speed Stakes in London had the audience on the edge of their seats. Riders and horses were challenged to give their best and finish in the shortest time over a 1.45m high course. Jodie Hall McAteer brought the ExCel Arena to life as the British rider outpaced leader Martin Fuchs.

Matthew Sampson secured the bronze on home turf riding MGH Candy Girl (Sligo Candy Boy), the ten-year-old mare that caught attention in yesterday's World Cup. Martin Fuchs gave the audience a show on the saddle of Viper Z, a Zangersheide gelding by Vigo d'Arsouilles from Guido Sperveslage's breeding. The duo stopped the clock at 52.88s. Jodie Hall McAteer received enthusiastic cheers from the audience as she guided Kimosa van het Kritrahof flawlessly across the finish line in 52.45s. Riding the BWP mare by Chatman, a breeding of Tracy Van Oudenhove, the British rider clocked in at 52.45s.
