A total of seven combinations returned for the Jump-Off in the 1.55m CSI4* Grand Prix in Opglabbeek. In this CSI4* it was Denmark's Zascha Nygaard Lill who jumped to victory!
Michael Jung was the first to start in this jump-off. Together with the 13-year-old KWPN gelding, Fischer Duopower (Namelus R, breeder: G.J. Bouwkamp), the Olympic rider decided to voluntarily withdraw.
Willem Greve was the last to start in this jump-off. Alongside his trusted Grandorado TN N.O.P. (Eldorado vd Zeshoek, breeder: Mts Rietberg & DJ Vehoeven), the Dutchman ultimately jumped to third place.
The victory in the competition remained in the hands of Zascha Nygaard Lill with Primavera (Mylord Carthago*HN). In the saddle of the 11-year-old mare, the Danish rider stayed about one second ahead of Valentin Besnard with SF mare, Diamanthina Beaufour (Diamant de Semilly). Greve followed ahead of the German rider, Jana Wargers.
In the saddle of Ashford Farm's Clash Royale (Clarimo, breeder: Klaus Lehrfeld), Wargers placed Jeroen De Winter with Paulien Dwerse Hagen (Cornet Obolensky, breeder: Jos Ceulemans) in the fifth position.
