In 2016 she rose to fame by winning the British Young Horse Championships aboard her six year old San Marco.
Caroline was very determined and always looked for positive angles to face challenges. Caroline refused to allow her illness to take over her live and was adamant about letting people know she was unwell.
Her horse San Marco will not be sold but stay with her son Will and her twin Sarah.
Next to her riding, Caroline was successful as an illustrator of children's books.
