In Lier, a 1m45 class of the CSI2* competition was the highlight of the day. 86 combinations entered this class in which they jumped directly against the clock. The young Belgian force was very well represented in the prize giving and the ultimate victory went to Thibeau Spits. He counted on Juragold Bormes (by Contact vd Heffinck) to jump a clear round in 60.70 seconds.
He was closely followed by Jeroen de Winter with Iron Lady van't Meulenhof (by Parco) who finished in second place. The duo left all the beams in the spoons and finished in 61.43 seconds. For Alexis Borrin and Diva du Temple (by For Pleasure) there was a third place after a clear round in 61.90 seconds.
Jos Verlooy (Fabregas) and Joe Clee (Alzu Ohio) finished in places four and five.
