The 1.60m Longines Grand Prix at the CHIO Rotterdam was competed with fifteen combinations at the start of the Jump-Off. Halfway the shortened track it was local young talented, Kevin Jochems who jumped to a new record time with his 13-year-old Cornetboy (Cornet's Stern). However, last combination at the start, Ireland's Daniel Coyle, managed to best that time aboard his 14-year-old Oak Grove's Carlyle (Casall), jumping to the over 37.000 euro win. The stage was eventually completed by France's Julien Epaillard and his 10-year-old Caracole de la Roque (Zandor Z).
First at the start of the Jump-Off was Greece's Loli Mytilineou aboard the 11-year-old Belgian Warmblood gelding, L'artiste de Toxandra (Toulon). The pair set the effort to beat to two jumping faults. Sweden's Douglas Lindelöw followed aboard the 13-year-old Cheldon (Chacco-Blue).
Lindelöw finished with four faults, the same as Belgium's Olivier Philippaerts who followed at the start with the 11-year-old BWP-sire, Le Blue Diamond v't Ruytershof (Plot Blue). First rider to set a clear Jump-Off round was France's Kevin Staut and Bon Jamesbond de Hay (Diamant de Semilly).
In front of his home-crowd, Lars Kersten followed at the start. Together with his 13-year-old KWPN-gelding, Emmerton, Kersten produced a clear Jump-Off round, but couldn't beat the time of Staut. It was however Staut's compatriot, Julien Epaillard who afterwards set the new time to beat aboard, Caracole de la Roque (Zandor Z).
Dutch rider, Patrick Lemmen followed at the start with his trusted Exit Remo (San Remo). With the motivation from a cheering audience Lemmen jumped to the runner-up position. A bit later it was Lemmen's compatriot, Kevin Jochems who bested Epaillard's time with the 13-year-old Cornetboy (Cornet's Stern).
Only last rider at the start, Ireland's Daniel Coyle managed to beat Jochems chrono, and eventually claimed the win with his Oak Grove's Carlyle (Casall).

Coyle wins the 1.60m CHIO Rotterdam Grand Prix leaving home-rider, Kevin Jochems as runner-up and France's Julien Epaillard in a third place. Epaillard was followed by Patrick Lemmen and his Exit Remo while Gregory Cottard completed the top five aboard the 11-year-old Bibici (Norman Pre Noir)
