France leads the Nations Cup Division 1

France leads the Nations Cup Division 1
With three legs remaining in the European Division 1 Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup Jumping Series, all eyes are on the French team. Before the Nations cup in Rotterdam, Belgium was in the lead. However France has regained it's leading position. From the 45 nations only 18 will move on to the Final. Team chefs employ careful strategy as there are only 19 qualifiers split over six regions of the world. So far Qatar, Mexico, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States of America have secured their slots.

Now the focus narrows in on the European Fivision 1 and 2 leagues. After the 5th qualifier in Rotterdam France took the lead with 310 points. Belgium follows in second while Sweden is interim third. The Division 1 teams have three more chances to improve or maintain their standings. Falsterbo in Sweden is next on July 10th. After it are Hickstead, Great-Britain and Dublin, Ireland that are on the agenda to gain some points... two places where Great-Britain might get the points.
