Germany unbeatable in Romania's Nations Cup
For the fourth year in a row Mihnea Virgolici organised an international equestrian eventing and Student Riders competition in his town, Prod, Romania.  A total of 12 teams were invited for the AIEC Student Riders Nations Cup. Like the other Nations Cup events earlier, this year, it was Germany who took home the win.  Franziska Ritter, Sabrina Hassenjargen and Anne Lubina set the best overall score with their team.

Individually Franziska Ritter won the show jumping part and finished fourth in the Combined standings. New participating country this year, Finland, followed in a second place while Ireland returned home with the third spot. For Finland it were Mimi Iranto, Nelli Pajuharju and Mariko Harju who defended the national colours. Ireland was represented by Dressage Champion, Tori Dixon, Donal Hayes and fourth place show jumper, Darren Coady.

Belgium and Great Britain completed the top five in the Combined rankings.

Individually it was Austria's Fiona Hänigschnabl who claimed victory in the overall standings. Fiona finished on stage in both show jumping an dressage, twice in the third place. Belgium's Robin Moors returned home with the Silver Medal, while Tori Dixon took home Broze.
