Marc Dilasser and Arioto du Gevres conquer World Cup Göteborg

Today, the Göteborg Horse Show was the stage for the final leg of the Western-European World Cup season. In a challenging 1.60m course only four combinations managed to qualify for the Jump-Off. In the end it was France's  Marc Dilasser who won aboard Arioto du Gevres (Diamant de Semilly).

Dilasser and his 13-year-old son of Diamant de Semilly where the first to start in the Jump-Off, setting an incredible clear round in 41.02 seconds. The pair didn't leave any room for the other combinations.

Eventually Switzerland's Pius Schwizer followed as runner-up aboard Vancouver de Lanlore (Toulon) after a clear round in 42.35 seconds. Last rider at the start in the Jump-Off, Lars Bak Andersen (DEN), completed the stage with the 11-year-old Ethene (San Patrignano Corrado).

With one jumping fault, Andreas Schou followed in fourth with Darc de Lux (Darco) while Julien Anquetin (FRA) completed the top five aboard his 12-year-old SF-gelding, Blood Diamond du Pont (Diamant de Semilly).
