Meredith Michaels Beerbaum's Stella is no more

On her social media Meredith Michaels Beerbaum has announced her goodbye of her trusted four-legged partner, Stella. The mare joined Beerbaum's stables on her four years old and stayed with the German female show jumper the past 24 years. Stella deceased on her 28-years-old.

The Quick Star-daughter was bred by Will Simpson out of California. The mare was Meredith Michaels Beerbaum's entrance ticket for the German squad.

In 1999 the pair jumped a double clear at the Hickstead Nations Cup. Together with the German team the combination took home the gold.

"Stella has given me so much," states Beerbaum. The mare's offsprings jump up to a 1.45/1.50m level.
