Spanish colours on top in La Baule
The CSIO 5* displayed the Spanish colours on Sunday morning to honour the victory of Sergio Alvarez Moya and Charmeur in the Loire-Atlantique class.
The spectators, who came in great numbers to the François André stadium, did not deny their pleasure during this ultimate class before the Longines Grand Prix of the city of La Baule. 56 pairs were on the start list of this two round class against the clock.

Charmeur, seen more often these past few weeks at 3* level, shined in the arena of the CSIO5*. Signing a time close to 30 seconds, Sergio Alvarez Moya clinched victory ahead of the Belgian Catherine Van Roosbroeck and Cerise des Brumes. The French Philippe Rozier placed 3rd with Unpulsion de la Hart. Six French pairs place in the Top 10: Mathieu Billot and Vedette Z (6th), Jérôme Hurel and Urano (7th), Pénélope Leprevost and Nayana (8th), Timothée Anciaume and Australia (9th) as well as Julien Gonin and Gigolo V/D Molendreef (10th).
