Sylve Söderstrand named Olympic head coach for Sweden

Last month the Swedish equestrian federation put an end to the cooperation with Sylve Söderstrand as Chef d'Equipe for the Swedish show jumping team. Yesterday the Federation announced the return of the former Chef d'Equipe as main Olympic coach.

It is after a long deliberation between the Swedith Olympic Committee (SOK) and the Swedish National equestrian Federation, Söderstrand is back in the game - that is until the RIO 2016 Games.

Last month the end of Söderstrand's carreer for the federation caused a huge debate on the social media of many Swedish and international show jumping riders. It is upon their request the former Chef d'Equipe has returned to coaching.
