Kevin Staut and Visconti du Telman conquer 1.60m Longines Grand Prix in Basel!

Only four combinations managed to qualify for the Jump-Off in the 1.60m Longines Grand Prix in Basel. In the end it was France's Kevin Staut who conquered the 66.000 first prize after being the only faultless rider in the second round.

In the jump-off, Kevin Staut was the first to deliver a faultless round with the 15-year-old Visconti du Telman (Toulon). The pair was the only one to complete the jump-off without faults.

Just under three seconds faster but with one jumping fault, Yuri Mansur followed on the podium with QH Alfons Santo Antonio (Aromats), ahead of Alain Jufer and the 13-year-old Dante MM (Diarado). The Swiss shared his third place with Denis Lynch and Cordial (Casall).

The top five was completed by Adrian Schmid and the 11-year-old gelding, Chicharito 11 (Casalito). The pair finished the base round with one time fault. Gregory Wathelet recorded the best Belgian result. Riding his trusted 14-year-old, Ace Of Hearts (Aliandro B), Wathelet ultimately secured the 10th place.
