In Wellington yesterday, a 1m45 class of the CSI5* competition was the highlight of the day; riders jumped directly against the clock and the victory was for the Irishman Shane Sweetnam. He rode Indra van de Oude Heihoef (by Casantos) clear to the finish in 61.26 seconds.
Eric Lamaze was good for second place with Chacco Kid (by Chacco Blue). The duo was able to maintain the zero and stopped the chrono after 62.24 seconds. Jessica Springsteen and Hungry Heart completed the top three after a clear round in 63.10 seconds.
Abdel Said (Oak Grove's Laith) and Daniel Deusser (Kiana van het Herdershof) finished on places four and five.
