Spring Results Help Riders Maintain Their Lead in the North American League Standings
Results from the spring competition season have helped many riders maintain their lead in the  North American League (NAL) division rankings. Riders were busy chasing valuable points on the competition circuit during the month of May with their sights set on their ultimate goal-a chance to compete at this year's NAL Finals in the fall.

The NAL qualifying season runs from September 1 through August 31. NAL qualifying classes are open to all competitors but only current members are awarded points. By joining the NAL, riders can accumulate the points necessary to make it to the National Finals held at the Pennsylvania National Horse Show in Harrisburg, PA, October 12-21, and the west Finals at the International Jumping Festival hosted by Blenheim EquiSports in San Juan Capistrano, CA, September 20-24. Annual memberships are only $40 per rider.

As of the beginning of June, Victoria Clarke of Chevy Chase, MD, maintains her lead in the Adult Hunter standings aboard Uptown with 2,976 points. Kendall Meijer of Grand Haven, MI, maintains second place with 2,783 points riding Moonwalk and Patricia Schindler from Reisterstown, MD and Glyndon sits in third place with 2,387 points.

Sofia Roberts of Wilmington, OH and Kingston Lane leads the Children's Hunter division with 2,166 points. Erin Cummings of Carmel, IN, moves into second place riding My BFF with 1,889 points and Cassie Warmkessel of Phoenix, MD, moves into third place with 1,851 points aboard Ufonia P.

The 2015 Adult Jumper Final Champion Lindsey Tomeau of Wellington, FL and Bonapart has led the Adult Jumper division Presented by SmartPak all season and continues to lead the division with 4,410 points. Megan Winkhaus of Greenwhich, CT and Speedy Chicolina sit in second place with 3,042 points while Mattie Worsham from Cummings, GA and Camera Ready move into third place with 2,987 points, only 55 points away from taking back second place.

Samantha Rice of Mountain, ON and Chevel D'Espoir Z  lead the Children's Jumper division Presented by EquiFit with 3,003 points. Grace Klein of St. Charles, IL and Nabuco move into second place with 2,728 points while Hailey Berger and Shannondale Gino of Parkland, FL, round out third place with 2,714 points.

With the top forty riders already in the quadruple digits, the Low Junior/Amateur Jumper division is highly competitive. Logan Marksbury from Wellington, FL, maintains the division lead aboard Esquire with 5,398. Catalina Peralta of Geneva, FL and Chopin Z maintains second place with 5,369 points, only 29 points away from first place. In third place is Olivia Chowdry of Denver, CO, riding Douwe with 4,578 points.

Jef Lauwers of Magnolia, TX and XOXO move up into first place in the West Coast Adult Hunter standings with 2,125 points. Dana Brawley of Double Oak, TX and Caymus also move up in the placings with 2,030 points. Stephanie Goodson of Beverly Hills, CA and Poetic sit in third place with 1,869 points.

Katalina Rickard of Sherman Oaks, CA and Prime Time lead the West Coast Children's Hunter standings with 1,230 points - over 220 points ahead of second placed Jaden Porter of Saint Louis, MO and Dragonfly's Acerado who have 1,006 points. Ellie Peterson of Dallas, TX and Santa Cruz round out the top three with 988 points.

Caitlyn Epperson of Houston, TX and Au Girl are leading the West Coast Adult Jumper standings Presented by SmartPak with 963 points. Only 23 points away in second place is Nicole Lyvere from Lakewood, CO, riding Tiggerr with 940 points, while Amanda Merrick Seale from New Orleans, LA and her mount Caroline sit in third place with 651 points.

Leading the West Coast Children's Jumper standings Presented by EquiFit is Ashley Vogel from Mequon, WI and Twist Des Forets with 1,102 points. Alyce Bittar of Los Angeles, CA and Beirut 'B' are in second place with 950 points, followed closely by third placed Olivia Parr of Marshall, TX, aboard Uccella with 926 points.

With the top six riders already in the quadruple digits, the Low Junior/Amateur Jumper standings is well underway. Olivia Chowdry of Denver, CO and Douer maintain their strong lead with 4,578 points. Ellie Yeager of Thousand Oaks, CA and Lyla sit in second place with 1,862 points followed by Sedona Chamblee of Keller, TX and Optimal Hastak in third place with 1,774 points.
