Peter Fredricson wins CSI5* GP LGCT St Tropez

Peder Fredricson just won the CSI5* GP in St Tropez. This way, he not only took home the most Longines Ranking-points, but also  Longines Global Champions Tour Ranking-points.

In a very exciting jump-off, it was Swedish rider Peder Fredricson with Catch me Not S (Cardanto 933) who won. Their clear round of 34.98 was practically unbeatable. In second place comes compatriot Henrick Von Eckermann and King Edward (Edward 28) in 35.91. They were the only two clear combinations in the jump-off. 

Simon Delestre completes the stage for France in the saddle of Hermes Ryan (Hugo Gesmeray). With 35.74 they have quite a fast time, but they also drop a fence, accumulating four points.

What made the jump-off so exciting was the result of Harrie Smolders for Holland and French rider Nicolas Delmotte. Smolders aboard Monaco (Cassini II) and Delmotte with Urvoso du Roch (Nervos) both finish in 35.83 and accumulate four points. Ex aequo fourth was the verdict! 

Pieter Devos with Claire Z (Clearway) come in sixth, finishing 36.89 with 4 points.

Seventh place goes to Christian Ahlmann and Mandato van de Neerheide (Emerald), eight place goes to Olivier Perreau and GI Events Venizia d'Aiguilly (Diamant de Semilly) and ninth place goes to Edward Levy in the saddle of Rebeca LS (Rebozo de La Silla). 

Ben Maher and Ginger-Blue (Plot Blue) close the top ten.
