FEI offers policy to organizers who can start again on the 1st of July

Yesterday we already wrote that the FEI has made a plan to start the competition season in a safe way. They therefore published a policy, for organizations to follow, when their local authorities allow them to start organizing competitions again.

"This Policy has been put in place in anticipation of the gradual return of competitions, it is not saying that competitions will return on 1 July, but rather provides the tools for those Organisers and National Federations that have the possibility – within their own domestic policies – to potentially restart the sport in their country. And in order to assist the decision-making process, conducting and documenting the risk assessment – together with the National Federation – is mandatory for FEI Event Organisers. If an Organiser does not provide the fully completed risk assessment and mitigation measures plan within the deadline, their event will be removed from the FEI Calendar", the FEI states.
