Dancing Dutchman Minderhoud takes the victory in World Cup Mechelen
In Mechelen the World Cup Dressage has just been ridden. 15 combinations entered the show ring for this competition. Amongst them also the Belgian rider Jorinde Verwimp who competed her top horse Ti Amo for the last time.

De jury included Isabelle Judet, Clive Halsall, Jacques van Daele, Francis Verbeek)van Rooy and Freddy Leyman. Jorinde Verwimp was the first rider to enter the show ring. She immediately rode a nice Freestyle that got rewarded with 74,120% with the judges. Ofcourse the Dutch rider Madeleine Witte-Vrees couldn't let this happen. With the 11-year old KWPN stallion Cennin(f. Vivaldi) under the saddle, she got an overall score of 76,870%, taking over the lead from Jorinde Verwimp.

The French rider Morgan Barbançon Meste rode a beautiful Freestyle as well with Sir Donnerhall II OLD (f. Sandro Hit). Her freestyle got a score of 76.285 % The Portuguese Maria Caetano clearly convinced the jury as well. With her very impressive horse Coroado (f. Rubi) she got scored 80,160%. And the scores only went up from then on. Helen Langehaneberg and Damsey FRH (f. Dressage Royal) got a score of 82,880%. Judy Reynolds and Vancouver K (f. Jazz) got a less high score of 18,570% but then Therese Nilshagen entered the show ring. She and Dante Welinto OLD (f. Danone 4) got a total of 80,090%, which resulted in a fourth place.

But then thé top favorite for the victory entered the ring with his 10-year old stallion Glock's Dream Boy N.O.P. (f. Vivaldi). When he entered the show ring Helen Langehanenberg was till in the lead but Minderhoud crushed that score with a beautiful 83,665%
