Hans Peter Minderhoud unbeatable in Mechelen's Grand Prix
In the FEI World Cup Grand Prix in Mechelen the spectators were able to cast their vote for their favorite dressage combination. Eventually three of the five judges favorited Dutch Hans Peter Minderhoud aboard the 10-year-old Glock's Dream Boy NOP (Vivaldi). The audience went wild after their performance judging them as publics favorite.

With a total of 75,870% Minderhoud and his KWPN-stallion, Glock's Dream Boy NOP impressed to victory. Belgium's judges Freddy Leyman and Jacques van Daele placed Germany's Helen Langehanenberg on top in the saddle of her 16-year-old Damsey FRH (Dressage Royal). The combination collected a total score of 75.717%. Therese Nilshagen completed the stage with a total score of 74.783% in the saddle of Dante Weltino OLD (Danone 4).

The top five was completed by Maria Caetano (Coroado, f. Rubi) in fourth and Judy Reynolds with Vancouver K (Jazz) in fifth.
