Totilas wins Grand Prix… How it was by Delphine Meiresonne

This weekend the famous dressage stallion Totilas is making is 'rentree' in the competition arena. Also our equteam-rider Delphine Meiresonne is competing at the CDI in Kapellen, Belgium.

"The weather is great, we have 3 arena's in a perfect condition, what do we need more?" writes Delphine. "From in the beginning the sides of the arena were over crowded. This for only one particular horse, Totilas (by Gribaldi). Everyone was filming, snap chatting, etc." In the end Matthias Alexander Rath claimed victory in the CDI Grand Prix. The pair collected a total score of 78.680%. Jennie Larsson followed in a second place. Aboard Zircoon Spring Flower she collected 70.760%. The stage was completed by Laurence Vanommeslaghe and Avec Plaisir (69.420%).

"I myself decided to take it easy on my horse," explains Delphine. "After discussing the tactics with Sjef, my trainer, I left the arena with a mixed feeling." Delphine Meiresonne and Wipsy made it to the 10th place.
