Oliver Townend and Jonelle Price go neck and neck in Badminton after thrilling cross country
Yesterday, the new world ranking leader Eventing, Britain's Oliver Townend, managed to take a provisional first place with Ballaghmore Class (Courage II) after a monster score in the dressage test of Badminton. Townend started the cross country today as the ultimate favorite, but as many times before, the cross country thoroughly jumbled the ranking.

Oliver Townend does stay in first place with 28 penalties (including 7,2 extra points for time in the cross country today), but New-Zealand's Jonelle Price and Classic Moet (Classic XX) climbed to the first place as well today after an almost flawless cross country. Price added only 0,4 points to her 27,6 penalties and goes neck and neck with Townend now.

Rosalind Canter stays in third place with Allstar B (Ephebe For Ever La Silla) with 30,3 penalties, Michael Jung and La Biosthetique Sam (Stan the Man XX) climbed up to the fourth place from his eighth position. Oliver Townend also holds the fifth place with Cooley SRS (Ramiro B).
