The CSI3* 1,45m of Bonheiden was one of the most thrilling classes of the day. It was Briton Guy Williams who seized the first place with Rouge de Ravel (Ultimo van ter Moude), home rider Wilm Vermeir chased right after him.
While Williams crossed the finish line in 24,84 seconds with fourteen-year-old Rouge de Ravel, Wilm Vermeir and Gentiane de la Pomme (Shindler de Muze) needed 26,66 seconds to claim the second spot. Thirteen-year-old Belgian-bed mare Gentiane managed to stay 0,16 second ahead of J-Figyelem (Vingino) with Zanotelli.
Dieter Vermeiren ensured another Belgian position in the top five and jumped to fourth place with Vanilla (Valentino). French rider Edward Levy and Starlette de la Roque (Jumpy des Fonteines) closed the top five.
